The free-rotating component mechanism drives the bottle to rotate at high speed and drives the foreign matter inside the bottle to rotate with the liquid. When the bottle rotation mechanism brakes suddenly, the liquid in the bottle will still be rotating due to inertia, and the movement trajectory of the visible foreign body will show different brightness characteristics under different light sources, which will be continuously captured by the high-speed industrial camera with multiple images, and will then be processed by the image processing system to accurately distinguish the foreign matter and the bubbles in the liquid. And then it will discharge the unqualified products with foreign matter.
