Automatic Visual Inspection Machine for Small Volume Bottles
This inspection machine adopts the machine vision principle to identify and detect visible foreign matter and defects. For in-fluid inspection, the inspected product will be braked while rotating at high speed, and the industrial camera will continuously take multiple pictures, which will be processed by our self-developed vision inspection algorithm to determine whether the inspected product is qualified or not; for appearance inspection, the 360° angle-free pictures will be taken and processed by the vision algorithm to identify the appearance defects. Micro-hole leakage detection is performed through the High Voltage Leak Detection ( HVLD) principle. All detection results are communicated to the PLC control system through Ethernet, which is configured according to the rejection lane type to automatically reject unqualified products.
