Apply high voltage to the bottle under inspection. The presence of leakage points causes changes in the sample's capacitive reactance, leading to a sudden jump in current. The bottle under inspection is transported to the high-voltage discharge inspection station via a dial feeding system. It undergoes inspection at two stations: the bottle top and bottom. After inspection, based on the inspection results, qualified products are conveyed through the qualified lane to the next process, while unqualified products are rejected by a rejection module and enter the unqualified lane. The entire process is fully automated.
