After the products to be inspected are divided and spaced by multi-stage belts, they will be handed over to the bag end clamping mechanism. Then it will move to 4 inspection stations to inspect the bag bottom, bag body, bag shoulder, and cap sealing respectively. After the testing is completed, the qualified products will be transferred to the next process through the qualified lane according to the testing results. Unqualified products will be picked out by the reject module and enter the unqualified lane. The whole process is fully automatic.
